Bharat Samiti elects new managing committee!
The Indischer Kulturverein (Bharat Samiti) e.V. held their AGM (Annual General Meeting) on Saturday on April 22, 2023 at the Kölnturm in Cologne.
Top on the agenda were the Bharat Samiti elections for the five posts of the clubs managing committee and the elections were carried out as per German club (e.V.) regulations.
The newly elected managing committee consists of
- President: Arunava Chaudhuri
- Vice-President: Subhabrata Dey
- Treasurer: Gautam Kar
- Cultural Coordinator: Anindya Sengupta
The new managing committee has been elected for a period of three years until 2026, while the fifth post of club secretary will remain vacant as of now.
